Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra Sale in India.
Samsung has officially started sales of the Samsung Galaxy S26 series in India. The lineup includes three smartphones, the Samsung Galaxy S26, Samsung Galaxy S26+, and Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. The flagship series was first unveiled globally on February 25. Here are more details.
In India, the Galaxy S26 Ultra starts at Rs. 1,39,999 for the 12GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The 12GB + 512GB configuration is priced at Rs. 1,59,999, while the top-end 16GB + 1TB variant costs Rs. 1,89,999.
The Galaxy S26 begins at Rs. 87,999 for the 12GB + 256GB model and goes up to Rs. 1,07,999 for the 12GB + 512GB option. Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26+ is priced at Rs. 1,19,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant and Rs. 1,39,999 for the 12GB + 512GB model.
The Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26 Ultra are available in Cobalt Violet, Black, Sky Blue, and White colour options. The Galaxy S26+ is offered in Cobalt Violet and Black shades. Samsung also provides exclusive Pink Gold and Silver Shadow colour variants through its official website.
All three smartphones are now available for purchase via Amazon and the Samsung India online store.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra comes with a 6.9-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a resolution of 3,120 × 1,440 pixels. The Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ feature 6.3-inch full-HD+ and 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X displays, respectively.
All three displays support a 120Hz refresh rate and are protected by Corning Gorilla Armor 2.
In terms of performance, the Galaxy S26 Ultra is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset customised for Galaxy, paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 1TB of storage. The Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ are equipped with Samsung’s 2nm Exynos 2600 chipset, along with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.
All three smartphones run on One UI 8.5 based on Android 16 and include Galaxy AI features. These include Now Assist, Call Screen, Photo Assist, Creative Studio tools, Bixby Device Agent support, Privacy Alerts, and AI noise reduction.
For photography, the Galaxy S26 Ultra features a quad rear camera setup. It includes a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.
The Galaxy S26 and Galaxy S26+ come with a triple rear camera system that includes a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide camera. All three devices feature a 12-megapixel front-facing camera for selfies and video calls.
Across the lineup, the rear cameras support video recording at up to 8K resolution and 4K video recording at up to 60 frames per second.
The Galaxy S26 Ultra is backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 60W wired charging and 25W wireless charging. The standard Galaxy S26 packs a 4,300mAh battery with 25W wired charging and wireless charging support.
Meanwhile, the Galaxy S26+ houses a 4,900mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging and wireless charging.
