Samsung has announced a price revision for its flagship Galaxy S25 Ultra in India, with the updated pricing coming into effect from March 20, 2026. The revision brings notable price cuts for select storage variants, while one configuration sees a price increase. Here are more details.
As per the official communication, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra 12GB + 256GB variant has received a significant price cut of ₹10,000. The 12GB + 512GB variant also gets a price reduction, though more modest, with a drop of ₹2,000.
However, the top-end 12GB + 1TB variant sees a price hike of ₹4,000 following the revision.
Based on the updated pricing, the 12GB + 256GB model is now listed at ₹119,999 (down from ₹129,999), while the 12GB + 512GB variant is priced at ₹139,999 (earlier ₹141,999). Meanwhile, the 1TB model is now priced at ₹169,999, compared to its earlier price of ₹165,999.

The new pricing is effective from March 20, 2026 and applies across channels. The revision is being implemented under Samsung’s price protection policy, which adjusts pricing for channel partners based on stock as of the effective date.
Additionally, it has been noted that the upgrade scheme on the Galaxy S25 Ultra has been discontinued starting March 20.
This move is expected to make the lower storage variants of Samsung’s flagship more attractive to buyers, especially with the substantial price cut on the 256GB model.

Originally launched on January 22, 2025, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra features a 6.9-inch QHD+ touchscreen display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1400×3120 pixels. The display is protected by Gorilla Glass Armor for enhanced durability.
The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 8 Elite processor and comes with up to 16GB of RAM. It runs on Android 15 with One UI 7 and is backed by a 5,000mAh non-removable battery, supporting both wireless charging and 45W fast charging.
In terms of cameras, the Galaxy S25 Ultra is equipped with a quad rear camera setup including a 200-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera with an f/1.9 aperture, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 10-megapixel sensor, all supported by autofocus. On the front, it houses a 12-megapixel selfie camera with an f/2.2 aperture and autofocus support.
