It has not even been 24 hours since Samsung wrapped up its latest Galaxy Unpacked event, but we already have updates about another phone that is on its way. A new device that reports suggest could be the Galaxy S25 FE has now popped up in the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) database. While we don’t have any official confirmation, this could be hinting that its launch could be just around the corner.
According to a recent Gizmochina report, the Wireless Power Consortium (WPC) database confirms that the phone will support Qi2 wireless charging. This isn’t a huge surprise given Samsung’s recent flagship features.
Moreover, this certification appearance doesn’t just reveal specs that it also includes a real-life image of the phone.
The image is not as clear as a press render but still gives us our first glimpse at the device. On the front, there’s a centred punch-hole selfie camera with slim bezels, following Samsung’s current design trend. The back panel shows a vertical triple-camera setup, just like the previous FE model.
According to earlier reports, the Galaxy S25 FE is likely to feature a 6.7-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. While the WPC listing doesn’t confirm the resolution, it’s expected to offer an FHD+ panel.
The phone also recently showed up on Geekbench, revealing an Exynos 2400 chipset under the hood, along with 8GB of RAM and Android 16. It’s expected to be powered by a 4,700mAh battery with support for 45W wired fast charging.
As for the cameras, Samsung might stick with the same setup as the last model, a. 50MP main sensor, a 12MP ultrawide and an 8MP telephoto lens The front-facing camera is said to be 12MP.
With certification leaks now surfacing, the Galaxy S25 FE’s official launch might not be too far away. That said, Samsung hasn’t made anything official just yet.
