Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Updated Renders Show Rounded Corners, Thinner Frame

Samsung is expected to soon come up with next flagship offering in the Galaxy series. With the launch of Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra lined up, the tradition of leaking renders online continues. This is allegedly the second updated render leak for Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra on Twitter within the gap of one month. On the lines of previous leaks, these renders also reveal rounded corners, slim bezels and a 6.8-inch display.

The design upgrades as per the latest leaked renders is minimal when compared to the last Galaxy S22 model. The successor is now believed to have a thinner metal frame but carried a S22 style chin of similarly-size at the bottom of the screen. The renders leaked before this latest leak had shown a slimmer chin at the bottom as compared to the last launch Galaxy S22.

The first renders that were leaked last month showed a rear camera layout almost identical to Galaxy S22 Ultra with a centrally-placed hole-punch cutout. It also showed the traditional power button on the right side along with the volume rocker. The Galaxy S23 model also believed to have a regular SIM tray, an S Pen slot, speaker grille at the bottom and charging port. For the display size, the company might go with the 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.8 mm. As per the rumours, these Smartprix leaks in association with the internet popular leakster Steve H.McFly (@OnLeaks) were said to have come out well ahead of the scheduled time.

The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is without question one of the most refined flagship offering of the South Korean smartphone brand. The industry experts, thus, widely believe that the company would not deviate too much from S22 in design point of view. As for the functionality, the Samsung Galaxy S23 likely to bank on the significant improvements made on camera technology front. The night photography capabilities of the upcoming devices are predicted to be better that all its predecessor.

It must be noted that the person who leaked the updates renders on Twitter did highlight more than a couple of inaccuracies in these images.

Even before the launch the S23 series is facing understandable comparisons with the last series of Galaxy models launched. Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has been leading Samsung through all the markets. The handset has received industry-wide praise for the In-built S Pen stylus, superb display, impressive performance, versatile cameras, good battery life, and IP68 ratings.

To go back to the leaks last month, Samsung is expected to power the upcoming handsets with the Exynos 2300 SoC. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra model is also expected to include a 5,000mAh battery. Many insiders’ reports also suggest that tech giant could go with an unannounced inclusion of the 200-megapixel ISOCELL HP2 camera sensor for all its upcoming smartphones.

The launch of the Galaxy S23 series is expected to have an early next year launch as per the updates from Samsung. The flagship device could come with a starting price tag of Rs. 1,09,999, although no official word has come from the brand.
