AnTuTu has released its list of top-performing Android flagship smartphones in China for July 2025. July didn’t see many significant shifts in rankings, as most manufacturers are waiting for the next wave of chips from Qualcomm and MediaTek, expected in September. Here’s a quick look at the top-ranking smartphones.

Leading the pack once again is the Red Magic 10S Pro+, which has secured the number one position for the third month in a row with an average score of 2,943,537. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition, featuring a super core running at 4.47GHz and a GPU frequency increased from 1.1GHz to 1.2GHz. Thanks to highly optimised performance tuning, it is able to utilise the chipset’s capabilities fully.
Taking second place is the Vivo X200 Ultra, which achieved an average score of 2,893,125. It also runs on the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition. While its primary focus is on imaging, it offers lenses at 14mm, 35mm and 85mm along with ISZ-supported focal lengths at 28mm and 70mm. Meanwhile, it still delivers impressive gaming and overall performance.
In third is the iQOO Neo 10 Pro+ with a score of 2,889,141. It too is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition and stands as the top-tier model in the Neo 10 lineup, balancing solid performance with strong camera capabilities and design.
Interestingly, all three top rankers are powered by the same Snapdragon 8 Extreme Edition chipset. Do what you want with that information.
