Realme 16T 5G has been officially launched in India, alongside the new Realme Buds Air8 Pro true wireless earphones and the Realme Watch S5. The latest smartphone arrives with features such as a 144Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and a massive 8,000mAh battery. Meanwhile, the Realme Buds Air8 Pro brings dual drivers, active noise cancellation, AI-powered features and support for triple-device connectivity. And expanding the brand’s wearable portfolio, the latest Realme Watch S5 focuses on activity tracking and longevity.
Realme 16T 5G is now open for pre-booking and the official sale will begin from May 27th at 12 PM.
As for pricing, Realme 16T 5G comes in three storage variants. The 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 29,999, while the 8GB RAM + 128GB version costs Rs 31,999. The top-end 8GB RAM + 256GB variant is priced at Rs 34,999.
However, the brand is also offering bank and exchange benefits, which brings down the effective starting price to ₹26,999.
The smartphone is available in Aurora Green, Starlight Red and Starlight Black colour options.
The Realme 16T 5G sports a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1570×720 pixels and a 90.4 percent screen-to-body ratio. It supports a refresh rate of up to 144Hz and offers a maximum touch sampling rate of 180Hz, while the default touch sampling rate is 120Hz. The panel supports 83 percent DCI-P3 colour gamut in vivid mode, 16.7 million colours, 254 PPI pixel density, and brightness levels of up to 1200 nits in High Brightness Mode.
The phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with an octa-core CPU and Mali G57 MC2 GPU clocked at 1.07GHz. The device runs on Realme UI 7.0.
For photography, the phone features a dual rear camera setup consisting of a 50-megapixel primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture and autofocus support along with a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. On the front, it houses a with an f/2.4 aperture.
The Realme 16T 5G supports 1080p and 720p video recording at 30fps on both front and rear cameras. Other camera features include cinematic video shooting, video zoom, dual-view video recording, slow-motion video at 120fps, and time-lapse recording.
The handset packs a 7,780mAh rated battery, while the typical battery capacity is listed as 8,000mAh. It supports 45W fast charging along with 13.5W PD charging and 45W PPS charging support.
Connectivity features on the device include dual-band Wi-Fi 5, Wi-Fi Display, WLAN tethering, and support for Bluetooth 5.1, Bluetooth 5.2, and Bluetooth 5.3. In terms of design, the Realme 16T 5G measures 166.47×78.23×8.88mm and weighs around 224g.

The Realme Buds Air8 Pro has been introduced in Master Black and Master White shades. The charging case features a glossy finish, while the earbuds follow a mirror design co-created by Realme and renowned designer Naoto Fukasawa.
The Realme Buds Air8 Pro comes with an 11mm and 6mm dual-driver setup along with dual-DAC architecture. Realme claims the earphones support 90dB high-bitrate recording and offer wind noise cancellation at speeds up to 10m/s.
The TWS earphones are equipped with active noise cancellation support of up to 55dB with a 5000Hz bandwidth. For gaming, the earbuds support low latency of up to 45ms.
The Buds Air8 Pro supports seamless triple-device connectivity allowing users to connect the earbuds with smartphones, tablets, and PCs simultaneously. Other features include touch controls and 3D Spatial Audio support.
The earbuds come with an IP55 rating for dust and water resistance. Realme claims the Buds Air8 Pro can deliver up to 50 hours of total playback time on a single charge. With active noise cancellation enabled, the battery life is said to last up to 36 hours.
For calls, the earbuds feature AI-powered noise cancellation backed by six microphones, with three microphones placed on each earbud. The Realme Buds Air8 Pro also includes integrated NEXTAi capabilities offering features such as “Ask AI” and an AI Translator with support for more than 30 languages.
As for pricing and availability, Buds Air8 Pro price starts from ₹6,699 and the official sale will begin from 3rd June, 12 PM.
Alongside the Realme 16T 5G and Buds Air8 Pro, Realme has also unveiled the new Realme Watch S5 smartwatch.
The wearable comes with a 1500-nit ultra-bright display that supports Always-On Display (AOD) functionality along with smart night vision capabilities for improved visibility in different lighting conditions.

The Realme Watch S5 carries a 5ATM waterproof rating making it suitable for swimming and other water-based activities. It also includes support for 110 sports modes that are designed to track and record professional workout and activity data across a wide range of movements.
For outdoor activities and fitness tracking, the smartwatch features built-in GPS with support for 5 GNSS systems allowing users to track runs and routes without requiring a connected smartphone. Realme claims the Watch S5 can deliver up to 20 days of battery life on a single charge. The smartwatch also includes AI-powered health monitoring features that work as a 24/7 health companion.
Moreover, the device features a one-touch AI assistant that enables users to perform quick tasks and issue voice commands directly from the smartwatch.
The Realme Watch S5 price starts from ₹7,499 and the official sale is set to begin on 5th June at 12 PM.
