Poco C55 has been launched in India officially after multiple teasers.
This is the company’s latest C-series offering and will be placed in the affordable segment.
The handset ships with a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security, an IP52 splash-resistance coating, and a scratch-resistant display with Oleophobic coating. The handset features a polycarbonate build with a faux leather finish on the back panel and this makes the phone stand out among the regular designs in the budget segment.

POCO C55’s price in India is Rs 9,499 for the 4GB + 64GB and Rs 10,999 for the 6GB + 128GB model.
However, the price will be slightly lower on the first day of the sale (Rs 500 discount).
The effective price along with the HDFC and SBI bank discount is Rs 8,499 and Rs 9,999.
The phone comes in Cool Blue, Power Black, and Forest Green colour options and will be available via Flipkart.
The first sale is on February 28th at 12 PM IST.

The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with ARM Mali-G52 GPU for graphics, 4GB/6GB LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB/128GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card.
The phone runs on Android 12-based MIUI 13 custom skin out of the box.
Moving to optics, the POCO C55 has a 50MP primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and an LED flash and a QVGA secondary sensor. There is a 5MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.
The phone packs a 5,000mAh battery with 10W fast charging support, IP52 splash resistance, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
