OnePlus has already confirmed the launch of its OnePlus 11R 5G smartphone in India. The device, alongside the OnePlus 11 5G, OnePlus Keyboard, OnePlus Buds Pro 2, OnePlus Pad, and OnePlus TV Q2 Pro 65-inch, will launch in the country on February 7th 2023.
The device’s Chinese counterpart, the OnePlus Ace 2, is also going to launch on the same date in China. The brand has confirmed the launch date of the OnePlus Ace 2 and has posted a bunch of official renders and a teaser video.
OnePlus Ace 2 Design, Launch Date Officially Confirmed
The device’s design falls in line with the OnePlus 11 lineup, as the OnePlus 11 5G looks more or less the same, save for the different camera configuration and the metal frame. The OnePlus Ace 2 will come with a plastic chassis, as made apparent by the leaked and official renders. The device will launch in Silver and Grey colour options and will have a centrally-aligned single punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera.

The OnePlus Ace 2 is said to feature a 6.7-inch AMOLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device is confirmed to be powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor, which will likely be paired with up to 16GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB UFS3.1 storage.
In terms of cameras, the OnePlus Ace 2 is expected to sport a 50MP + 8MP + 2MP triple rear camera setup and a 16MP selfie camera. Coming to the battery of the device, the OnePlus Ace 2 will likely sport a 5,000mAh battery with support for up to 100W fast charging over a USB Type-C charging port. Lastly, the OnePlus Ace 2 will boot the latest Android 13-based ColorS 13.1 skin out of the box.
The phone with the model number PHK110 was already benchmarked at AnTuTu, reaching 1,149,494 with its Qualcomm chipset. The result is in line with the OnePlus 10T, which is also powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1. We have to point out the result was achieved in Performance Mode, only smartphones with modes that artificially boost their hardware are capable of achieving over 1 million AnTuTu points with this SoC.
This simultaneous launch across multiple regions showcases the brand’s commitment to making its latest smartphone accessible to customers around the world.
