OnePlus 11R India Launch Imminent as Phone Receives BIS, Fast Charging revealed via CQC

OnePlus has begun the production for its smartphone model, OnePlus 11R 5G, in India as its moniker was spotted on the source code of OnePlus’ official website. Also both OnePlus 11R 5G and OnePlus Ace 2 have been recently spotted on a number of certification websites, which confirms that their launch is imminent.

OnePlus 11R 5G was spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) bearing the model number OnePlus CPH2487, which means that it has received the certification authority to be launched in India, although BIS has not revealed anything regarding its specifications.

OnePlus 11R 5G is expected to come at the starting price of Rs.45,490 in India, although official sources from the company have yet to confirm on the matter.

There are strong speculations that the launch date for OnePlus 11R 5G could be April 28, 2023.

OnePlus 11R 5G is expected to come with a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED panel, 120Hz refresh rate, which will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor that is paired with up to 16GB RAM and up to 512GB internal storage.

Regarding optical features, OnePlus 11R 5G is expected to come with a triple rear camera setup comprising of a 50MP primary camera, a 12MP secondary camera, and 2MP tertiary camera, while a 16MP selfie camera is at the front which is for taking selfies and video chats.

Coming to battery capacity, OnePlus 11R 5G is expected to come with 5,000mAh battery units, which comes with a 100W fast charging support. The smartphone is expected to run on an Android 13-based OxygenOS 13.1 skin out of the box, while also retaining the IR Blaster and Alert Slider.

OnePlus Ace 2 Specifications

OnePlus 11R 5G wasn’t the only device spotted on a certification website as OnePlus Ace 2 too was recently seen on the China Quality Centre (CQC) certification website today on January 18, 2023 bearing the model number OnePlus PHK110, where it was revealed that the smartphone will feature a 100W fast charging support (11VDC, 9.1A Max).

Owing to past trends of OnePlus, OnePlus Ace 2 could well be renamed for India and launch as OnePlus 11R 5G, which means that the 11R 5G will be coming with a 100W fast charging support.
