Nothing has begun rolling out the Nothing OS V3.5 update (version V3.5-250829-1700) for the Nothing Phone (3). According to reports, the rollout will be phased, which means not all users will receive the update at the same time.
The update expands the Glyph Interface with two new Glyph Toys like Compass and Feed The Fly accessible under Settings.
A major addition is the Glyph Mirror in the Camera app, which provides a live preview of shots on the Glyph lights while recording videos or taking photos. Users can enable it by swiping down in the viewfinder.

The V3.5 update also delivers a range of fixes and adjustments.
Vibration intensity for Generative mode ringtones has been modified, and playback issues with these tones have been resolved. A bug that caused the Stopwatch toy to shut off unexpectedly has been fixed, as well as issues with incorrect WhatsApp notifications on the Glyph Matrix.
Widget issues have also been addressed, including problems with resizing the Photo widget, album covers and metadata not displaying in the Media Player widget, and Quick Settings tiles appearing out of order. Touch response in Minecraft gameplay has been optimised, and noise during calls has been corrected.
The update also boosts overall system stability, enhances Wi-Fi reliability, and integrates the September 2025 security patch.
