Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power are officially set to launch in India on May 19, 2026. Motorola has confirmed the launch date through its official X account and also revealed that both smartphones will be sold via Flipkart.
The company has also confirmed that the Indian variants of both smartphones will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 chipset. This confirmation comes after tipster Abhishek Yadav revealed the chipset just hours before. The teaser poster released by Motorola India also confirms that the Moto G37 Power will pack a massive 7000mAh battery similar to the global variant launched recently in international markets.

Motorola recently introduced the Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power in global markets and the India launch is now scheduled for May 19.
Apart from the smartphones, tipster Abhishek Yadav also suggested that Motorola could unveil the Moto Buds Bass alongside the devices. However, this information remains unclear since the Moto Buds Bass earbuds have already launched in India earlier. The earbuds comes with 12.4mm large composite drivers and a Bass Tuned EQ to deliver deeper and more balanced sound output. They also support LDAC and are Hi-Res Audio Wireless certified.
While the tipster did not reveal more specifications of the Indian models, the Flipkart microsite has now disclosed several key hardware and software features of both devices.
According to the dedicated Flipkart microsite for both the models, it appears both the Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power are being marketed as the “segment’s most durable phone.” The smartphones feature Gorilla Glass 7i protection and MIL-STD 810H military-grade durability certification. Motorola has also confirmed SGS Five-Star Drop Resistance certification for the lineup.

For audio, Motorola has equipped both devices with Dolby Atmos support, Hi-Res Audio certification, stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The smartphones will run Android 16 out of the box and are confirmed to receive an upgrade to Android 17 along with three years of security updates.
In terms of design, both devices will be available in Pantone-curated colours. Motorola will offer vegan leather finishes in turquoise and blue shades, while the gray colour variant will feature a PMMA finish.
According to the microsite, the Moto G37 features a 50-megapixel quad-pixel camera along with a quad-camera setup on the rear. The smartphone will be backed by a 5200mAh battery.
