Nothing has officially launched the CMF Watch 3 Pro with a bigger screen, a longer-lasting battery and a higher price tag. Here’s everything you need to know about the new CMF smartwatch.
CMF Watch 3 Pro – Key Features
The new smartwatch features a precision-milled metal frame paired with a soft-touch silicone strap. Its display size has increased to 1.43 inches (up from 1.32 inches), offering a slightly higher typical brightness of 650 nits (up from 620 nits). The screen resolution is 466 x 466 pixels (326ppi) with a 60Hz refresh rate. Users can personalise their watch face with over 120 options including animated and interactive ones.

The rotating crown returns for easy navigation through the interface.
Some of these watch faces are tailored for the Always-On Display (AOD) mode. Powering the watch is a larger 350mAh battery offering up to 13 days of typical usage without AOD, and up to 3.5 days with AOD enabled. It fully charges in 99 minutes. In comparison, the previous model had a 305mAh battery with a claimed 11-day battery life under typical use.
With the bigger display comes a larger build and the CMF Watch 3 Pro now has a 47mm body. Other dimensions and the weight vary depending on the colour variant, as different models feature different bezels.
The exact size details are as follows –
| Dark Grey | Light Grey | Orange | |
| Width | 47mm | 47mm | 47mm |
| Depth | 14.4mm | 15.2mm | 14.5mm |
| Weight | 51.9g | 51.0g | 52.4g |
This time, only the straps are swappable and the bezels are fixed, so choose your colour carefully.
The Watch 3 Pro supports 131 sports modes, from HIIT to yoga with smart activity detection that can automatically begin tracking workouts. It also offers 3D animated warm-up guides before exercise sessions.

For outdoor tracking, the watch is IP68-rated, making it splash-proof (though not suitable for swimming). It now includes dual-band GPS (L1+L5), along with GLONASS, Galileo, BeiDou, and QZSS support for improved positioning accuracy.
Bluetooth calling is supported via two MEMS microphones, a speaker, and AI-based noise reduction. Gesture controls like a flip or double shake allow users to trigger certain functions quickly. Music controls and a Do Not Disturb toggle are also easily accessible.

The CMF Watch 3 Pro goes a step further by integrating ChatGPT directly into the device, enabling voice-based queries right from the wrist. ChatGPT is also used for the AI running coach. Users can record voice notes, which the watch automatically transcribes. The “Essential News” feature reads out current headlines tailored to user preferences.
