After appearing on Samsung’s UAE website last week, the tablet has now officially made its way to the Indian market. Notably, this launch makes it official that all Samsung tablets now come with high-refresh-rate displays. Here’s everything we know about the new device.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 – What’s New?
The Galaxy Tab A11 retains the same design, build, and internal setup as its predecessor. However, the display has received a notable upgrade. The 8.7-inch HD+ (1340 × 800 pixels) LCD screen now supports a 90Hz refresh rate, bringing smoother visuals.
Samsung has also upgraded the front camera from 2MP to 5MP, while the rear camera remains 8MP with autofocus, supporting Full HD video recording at 30fps.
Samsung Galaxy Tab A11 – Other Features

Under the hood, the tablet runs on MediaTek’s Helio G99 chipset, the same processor used in the Tab A9, paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage. Storage can be further expanded via a microSD card up to 2TB.
On the software side, the Galaxy Tab A11 ships with One UI 7.0 based on Android 15. Impressively, Samsung is promising seven years of OS upgrades and security patches, meaning the tablet could receive support all the way up to Android 22, a rare commitment in the budget segment. It also features Dolby Atmos speaker system.
