iQOO Z9 Renders

The renders of the iQOO Z9 series suggest two distinct designs.

One model is featuring a pair of circular camera modules, while the other presents squircle-shaped modules.

Both variants incorporate a dual-rear camera setup which is identified by the ‘OIS ASPHERICAL’ inscription alongside the cameras.

The phones are also displaying a rear panel that transitions in colour from light pink to aqua blue, highlighted by a vertical strip design.

From the renders that is all what we can make out of the design.

The specs of the Z9 are still in the wind although seeing these renders surface, some whiff about the purported features of the device should not be too far off.

Successor to the iQOO Z8

iQOO Z9 renders Leaked Design

The iQOO Z9 series is poised to be a successor to the Z8 series, launched back in August and consisting of the iQOO Z8 5G, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor, and the iQOO Z8x 5G, equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC.

Specifically, the iQOO Z8 is supported by a 5000mAh battery with 120W fast charging, while the iQOO Z8x houses a 6000mAh battery compatible with 44W fast charging.

In terms of cameras, the iQOO Z8 includes a 64MP primary camera with OIS, and the iQOO Z8x comes with a 50MP main camera.

Focusing on the iQOO Z8, the device is equipped with a 6.64-inch Full HD+ LCD display, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+.

It operates on OriginOS 3.0, based on Android 13, and offers various configurations of memory and storage, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.

If these specs are any indication, the iQOO Z9 is likely to triumph over them as a successor in a smartphone lineup.

Speaking of the Indian market, iQOO has only yet revealed the iQOO Z7 Pro in the country so any possibility of the Z9 coming are currently unlikely.
