iQOO has started teasing its upcoming iQOO Z11 smartphone ahead of its expected launch later this month in China. The first official teaser poster offers an early look at the device’s design and also hints at the possibility of multiple models under the Z11 branding.
The teaser image shows the smartphone in a light blue colour finish. The device features a flat frame and a clean-looking rear panel. On the back, the phone includes a rounded rectangular camera module that houses two vertically arranged cameras along with an LED flash.
The camera island appears slightly raised but blends well with the overall minimal design of the device. Notably, the frame does not show visible antenna lines, which suggests that the handset could feature a plastic build, something commonly seen in smartphones within this price segment.
The teaser includes the phrase “iQOO Z11 series,” suggesting that the lineup could feature more than one device. The company has already introduced the iQOO Z11 Turbo in China, while the iQOO Z11x recently debuted in India.
The teaser tagline in Chinese reportedly translates to “performance and endurance superhero.” This phrase highlights the brand’s emphasis on battery life and display capabilities for the upcoming smartphone.
iQOO has confirmed that the Z11 will pack a massive 9,020mAh battery, which would make it the largest battery ever used in an iQOO smartphone. The device is also expected to feature a 6.83-inch OLED display with support for a 165Hz refresh rate. Additionally, it will support 90W fast charging. A device believed to be the iQOO Z11 has been spotted on China’s 3C certification database, where it was listed with support for 90W charging.
Earlier leaks have also revealed additional details about the upcoming device. Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station suggested that the iQOO Z11 could feature a 1.5K resolution LTPS OLED display. The smartphone may also be available with up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of internal storage.
The handset has also appeared on Malaysia’s SIRIM certification platform and in the IMEI database, which indicates that the phone could eventually see a launch outside China as well.
Previously, iQOO indicated that the Z11 would be positioned in the CNY 2,000 to CNY 3,000 price segment in China. This roughly converts to about Rs. 27,000 to Rs. 40,000.
With this pricing, the phone could sit slightly above some earlier Z-series devices and enter the upper mid-range smartphone category.
