iQOO is gearing up to launch iQOO Neo 8 series and first-ever tablet — “iQOO Pad”— this month. iQOO Neo 8 series and iQOO Pad will reportedly be launched on May 23 in China, according to reports.
After rumours and leaks, iQOO has finally revealed the launch date of the iQOO Neo 8 series in China. The official poster image shows the phone in a dual-tone design, with a camera island having a Carbon fibre finish.

The iQOO Neo 8 series will launch in China on May 23rd at 19:00 local time. The event should be live-streamed on the iQOO China website for those interested to watch it live.

It is expected to have 16GB RAM and a storage up to 512GB. According to reports, iQOO Neo 8 Pro runs of Android 13 OS. It is likely to have a 5,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging. It is likely to have Type-C charging port.

It will offer support for a 120Hz refresh rate and feature a triple-camera setup at the back, including a 50MP 1/1.5-inch primary camera with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support.
Meanwhile, the Neo 8 5G might come with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. The Neo 8 is also likely to feature a 6.78-inch display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It may also pack a 5000mAh battery and 120W fast charging support, though additional details about the phone are still to be known.

The tipster has shared a bunch of alleged promotional posters for the devices, which have their launch timeline specifically mentioned at the bottom.
Though the promotional posters don’t tell us much about the design of the devices, an alleged render image of the iQOO Pad has also been leaked on Weibo.
As seen in the leaked render image, this is what the iQOO Pad will reportedly look like. The device will feature a dual rear camera setup and will have magnetic pins at the bottom (rear), which means that iQOO will likely launch a compatible folio case alongside the tablet. The front of the tablet appears to have minimal bezels all around, and the power button appears to be on the top of the device.
Additionally, the iQOO Neo 8 Pro has been spotted on the Google Supported Devices list, which confirms its moniker and also suggests that the global launch of the device (or the series) might be nearing. The device has the model numbers PD2302 and V2302A.
