Honor has officially launched the Honor X60 GT in China. This launch falls between two of Honor’s recent releases, which included the recently released Honor Power packed a huge 8,000mAh battery and the upcoming Honor GT Pro featuring the Snapdragon 8 Elite chip and a 7,200mAh battery. The newly launched X60 GT is using an older processor but still offers some powerful specs for its price. Here’s what we know so far.

The Honor X60 GT stands out with its 6.7-inch AMOLED screen, offering a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 2664 x 1200 pixels. The display supports 10-bit color, DCI-P3 wide color gamut, 3840Hz PWM dimming and reaches a peak brightness of 5000 nits, great for viewing even under bright light.
The phone is also IP65-rated for dust and water resistance, has a slim 7.7mm thickness, and weighs 193 gram
Under the hood, it’s powered by the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset, paired with a 6,300mAh battery using Honor’s Qinghai Lake battery technology. It supports 80W fast charging and according to Honor, it can charge from 0 to 100% in about 45 minutes with the provided charger. The phone comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.
On the back, the phone features a 50MP main camera with OIS (optical image stabilisation) and a 2MP depth sensor. For selfies and video calls, there’s a 16MP front camera. The phone runs MagicOS 9.0 based on Android 15.
Connectivity-wise, the Honor X60 GT checks all the boxes as it includes Dual SIM 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, Dual-frequency GPS, USB Type-C port and 3.5mm headphone jack.
It also comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner for security.

As of now, there’s no word on whether the Honor X60 GT will launch outside of China.
