Fresh reports suggest that the C2 lineup will include two models named the HMD C2 and HMD C2P. Tipster @smashx_60 on X has now revealed some key features of both models. Both devices are expected to target the affordable 5G segment while offering AMOLED displays, large batteries and Snapdragon chipsets among other features. Here’s what we know so far.
HMD C2 – Key Features (Leaked)
According to the leak, the standard HMD C2 will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The screen is said to include a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera and support peak brightness levels of up to 1,000 nits.
Powering the smartphone will reportedly be Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 processor. The device is expected to be offered with 6GB of RAM and either 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.
For photography, the HMD C2 is tipped to feature a 50-megapixel primary rear camera with Electronic Image Stabilization (EIS). The setup will reportedly be accompanied by two additional sensors including a 2-megapixel camera and a 0.3-megapixel auxiliary lens. On the front, users could get a 50-megapixel selfie camera.

HMD C2P – Key Features (Leaked)
The HMD C2P is expected to retain several core specifications of the standard model including the Snapdragon 4 Gen 4 chipset, 6GB RAM configuration, and a 6.78-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display. However, the Pro variant is said to offer a smoother 120Hz refresh rate and significantly higher peak brightness of 1,500 nits for improved outdoor visibility.
Camera hardware is also expected to receive a notable upgrade. The C2P may feature a 64-megapixel primary camera with Optical Image Stabilisation (OIS) paired with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 0.3-megapixel auxiliary lens. The front-facing camera is tipped to remain a 50-megapixel unit.
Battery capacity is expected to stay unchanged at 6,000mAh with 33W charging support. The upgraded model could also include an IP65 rating for enhanced protection against dust and water along with NFC connectivity support.

Colour Options and Expected Pricing
As for colour options, the standard HMD C2 is expected to arrive in Light Mint, Midnight Blue, and Lavender shades. The HMD C2P, meanwhile, could be offered in Coral, Royal Blue, and Jade Green colourways.
The leak suggests that HMD is aiming to keep pricing competitive. The HMD C2 is expected to be priced between €149 and €169, depending on the storage configuration. The more premium HMD C2P could launch at around €200.
