Google is rumoured to unveil its latest smartphone, the Pixel 8A, at its yearly Google I/O developer conference in May.
As the event date approaches, leaks about the Pixel 8A have started to surface.
A previous report suggested the Pixel 8A could come in four colours: black, ceramic, blue, and a striking new green variant.
Fresh leaks now hint at the device’s potential price in India, suggesting it could cost under Rs 50,000.
According to a Canadian retailer’s premature listing, the Pixel 8A will be available in 128GB and 256GB storage options.
The 128GB model is listed at CAD 708.99 (roughly Rs. 42,500), while the 256GB variant is priced at CAD 792.99 (approximately Rs. 47,500).
Adding to the leaks, a video purportedly showing the Pixel 8A’s retail box has surfaced from Morocco.
The video provides a glimpse of the phone’s packaging and design while also revealing two new colour options that are going to come with it.
While the Pixel 8A’s design is expected to resemble its predecessor, the Pixel 7A, it may feature a more pronounced chin at the bottom of the display and softer, rounded corners.
Leaked images also suggest the presence of thicker bezels, particularly at the bottom.
In terms of hardware, rumours suggest the Pixel 8A will have a 6.1-inch 120Hz OLED display, a dual-camera system with a 64MP primary sensor and a 13MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and the Tensor G3 processor.
It’s expected to come with 8GB RAM and 128GB or 256GB of storage.
Keep in mind that these details are based on rumours and leaks, and the official specifications and pricing may differ when the Pixel 8A is officially unveiled.
The Pixel 8A is rumoured to be available in black, ceramic, blue, and a new green variant, adding stylish choices for consumers.
Leaks suggest the Pixel 8A could be priced under Rs 50,000, with exact prices for storage variants expected to be revealed at the launch.
The Pixel 8A is rumoured to include a 120Hz OLED display, a dual-camera system with high-resolution sensors, and performance enhancements from the Tensor G3 chip.
While retaining a design similar to the Pixel 7A, the Pixel 8A is expected to feature softer, rounded corners and possibly thicker bezels, especially at the bottom.
Google is likely to unveil the Pixel 8A at its annual Google I/O developer conference in May, where more detailed specifications and features will be confirmed.
