Garmin has officially launched its Garmin Venu X1 smartwatch in India. The same model was globally launched back in June 2025 as one of the brand’s premium wearables. The smartwatch stands out for its 8mm slim profile, titanium construction, and a 2-inch AMOLED display. The company claims the Venu X1 can deliver up to 8 days of battery life in smartwatch mode. The Garmin Venu X1 sports a rectangular design with softly rounded corners and features a titanium caseback paired with a scratch-resistant sapphire lens for added durability. It also comes equipped with a 24mm quick-release ComfortFit nylon strap and is available in two colour variants, Black and Moss.

At the front, the smartwatch houses a 2-inch AMOLED touchscreen, designed to make viewing maps, metrics, and data more convenient.
Garmin has also included customisable watch faces, allowing users to display key information such as step count, real-time heart rate, altitude, and training readiness. Additionally, the watch offers multiple font sizes to improve notification visibility and readability.
The Venu X1 introduces several new hardware upgrades including a built-in speaker, microphone, and LED flashlight. When paired with a compatible smartphone, users can make and receive calls directly from the watch. The integrated microphone and speaker also allow access to the connected phone’s voice assistant for replying to messages or issuing commands.
Interestingly, some voice commands such as starting a workout or setting a timer can be executed without needing a smartphone connection, adding to its standalone utility. The LED flashlight feature further enhances practicality, offering visibility in dark environments or during outdoor activities at night.
