Samsung is all set to launch the Galaxy S25 Edge on May 13 and some of its key features have already surfaced online. Samsung has released an official teaser video confirming that the S25 Edge will be the first smartphone to feature “Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2,” a new protective layer from Corning that promises better durability.
Alongside this, leaked promo images and accessory renders shared by Android Headlines have confirmed several key specs. So, here’s everything we know about the phone so far.
The phone will sport a super slim profile with just 5.8mm thickness. It features a flat frame, very slim bezels and a centred hole-punch selfie camera. Colour options include Titanium Icyblue, Titanium Silver and Titanium Jetblack.

It’s also IP68-rated, so it’s resistant to dust and water.
On the front, the Galaxy S25 Edge has a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Powering the device is the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chip, the same custom processor found in other Galaxy S25 series models. It will include 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 storage.

The rear camera setup includes a 200MP main sensor with 2x Optical Quality Zoom and a 12MP ultrawide camera. On the front, there’s a 12MP selfie camera placed at the top center.
One thing that might raise concerns is the battery. Despite its larger display, the Galaxy S25 Edge will come with a 3,900mAh battery, which is smaller than the standard Galaxy S25’s. It supports 25W wired charging.

These include a Silicone Case in black, blue, and grey, a Kindsuit Case made from PU material with a leather-like texture in grey, light grey, and blue a Transparent Silicone Case with soft-touch protection and an Anti-Reflective Screen Protector to reduce glare.
All details will be officially confirmed at Samsung’s launch event on May 13.
