It looks like Tecno’s first-ever tablets named the MegaPad 10 and MegaPad 11 are slowly making their way into the headlines.
On one hand, we had a Gizmochina report today revealing IMEI listing screenshots and key features.
On the other hand, a report from the Naija Android Arena website disclosed detailed specifications and unofficial renders.
Here’s a quick recap of everything we know about the upcoming Tecno Tablets from recent media reports.
Tecno’s first-ever tablets supposedly named the MegaPad 10 and MegaPad 11 are going to be the brand’s entry to the tablet market.
According to the IMEI database screenshots, the Tecno MegaPad 10 carries the model number T1001, while the MegaPad 11 is labelled as T1101.
In the unofficial renders leaked by Naija Android Arena a day prior, the Tecno MegaPad can be seen in two different colour shades.
Tecno MegaPad 10 – unofficial renders –
Although it is hard to name the colours accurately, they appear to be in Grey and Gold shades.
On the front, it seems to have equal-sized bezels, and its back panel has a single camera and an LED flash.
It is important to note that all the technical details and features aren’t out yet.
However, the latest leak has given us some insight into their processors, design, and more.
The Tecno MegaPad 10 most likely will be powered by the MediaTek Helio G80 processor and features a 10-inch display along with a hefty 7000mAh battery.
The battery supports 18W fast charging.
Below is the full list of leaked specifications of Tecno MegaPad 10.
These details were first revealed by Naija Android Arena and GizmoChina confirmed the official names under which the tablets will be launched.
It is also suggested that Tecno might release the tablets in two colour options – Grey and Gold.
Looking at the specifications, we have to wonder whether these upcoming devices truly live up to their “MegaPad” name.
It’s likely that Tecno will need to step up its game and deliver more stylish, powerful, and impressive tablets down the road.
For now, these devices seem to be targeted at the budget-friendly market.
The Tecno MegaPad is expected to launch in the coming weeks, although there is no official confirmation.
These pads are expected to be available in Wi-Fi and LTE variants.
Unfortunately, there is no information about the price of the device.

Answer. If what the leaks suggest about features and specifications is true then yes, Tecno MegaPad tablets, especially the MegaPad 10, will be good for gaming.
These tablets are most likely equipped with the MediaTek Helio G80 processor and 4GB of RAM, making them capable of handling casual gaming and multimedia tasks efficiently.
However, for more demanding games, performance might be limited compared to high-end tablets.
