According to the TUV database, the Tecno Pova 8 listed with the model number LK6 is expected to pack a massive 7,750mAh battery. Meanwhile, the Tecno Spark 50 Pro carrying the model number K05 is tipped to feature a 5,800mAh battery.

While the certification confirms battery sizes, it does not disclose charging speeds. Although voltage details are available, the absence of ampere data makes it difficult to determine the exact charging wattage for either device.
Pova 8 and Spark 50 Pro appears to be focusing on improved battery performance and longer usage times. The new battery capacities suggest a notable upgrade over their predecessors. To recall, the Tecno Pova 7 was equipped with a 6,000mAh battery, while the Spark 40 Pro featured a 5,200mAh unit.
The Tecno Pova 7 and Spark 40 Pro were officially introduced in July 2025. Based on this timeline, the Pova 8 and Spark 50 Pro are also expected to debut around the same period this year.
As of now, there are no details available regarding other specifications of the upcoming devices. However, pricing expectations suggest that the Tecno Pova 8 could launch in the sub-Rs 20,000 segment.
It is also worth noting that Tecno has streamlined its smartphone portfolio in India in recent years. The Spark 40 Pro was not launched in the Indian market, so it remains unclear whether the Spark 50 Pro will make its way to the country.
