Acer has launched two new affordable tablets, the Iconia V12 and Iconia V11. The brand announced these tablets alongside a bunch of new device including the Acer Aspire 16 AI laptops, Predator Orion 3000 desktop, Predator Helios Neo 14 AI and Predator Triton 15 AI. The entry-level tablets come with tall, high-resolution displays, large batteries and the latest Android OS. Priced for budget buyers, both tablets offer solid specs for the money. Here’s all we know about the tablets.

The Iconia V12 features a 12-inch LCD screen with a 2K resolution, a 16:10 aspect ratio and a smooth 90Hz refresh rate. The Iconia V11 is slightly smaller with an 11-inch LCD display, Full HD+ resolution, the same 16:10 aspect ratio, and 90Hz refresh rate.
Both tablets share the same internals. They’re powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 processor with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of storage. There’s also a microSD card slot that lets you expand storage by up to 1TB.

On the camera front, both models come with an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera. They pack a large 8,000mAh battery, offering up to 10 hours of usage on a single charge.
Other key features include dual stereo speakers, a slim 7.9mm design, support for a magnetic folio case and optional stylus support.

The Acer Iconia Tab V11 tablet is available in EMEA in August starting at EUR 229 (USD 255 / Rs. 21,815 approx.) and in Australia starting at AUD 329 (USD 211 / Rs. 18,000 approx) from August.
As for the other model Acer Iconia Tab V12 tablet, it will be available in EMEA in July starting at EUR 289 (USD 322 / Rs. 27,535 approx.) and in Australia starting at AUD 429 (USD 275 / Rs. 23,475 approx.) from July.
