Acer Introduces Two New Laptops- Nitro and Swift, Powered By AMD Ryzen 7000 Series Processors

Acer recently announced the new Nitro 16, Nitro 17, and the new Swift Go 14 laptops that will be come with the latest AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processors, for which the company aims to target gaming aficionados, especially the casual gamers that are looking for a gameplay experience that is in-depth and immersive.

The new processor is brought together by Swift Go 14 where you get rich OLED displays of varied colours, with a 24-hour battery life, which is totally compressed in light and a new thin design.

The laptops will be powered by AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processors and are designed to provide casual gamers with a whole new gameplay experience that is both immersive and enjoyable, while they come with 16-inch WUXGA/WQXGA displays or 17.3-inch FHD/QHD displays, aside from being supported by liquid metal thermal grease on the processor.

The new processor is brought together by Swift Go 14 where you get rich OLED displays of varied colours, along with a 24-hour battery life, which is totally compressed in light and a new thin design.

Users can get a power-optimized performance due to the AMD Ryzen mobile processors, not to mention a plethora of enhanced user experiences. Acer Nitro 16

The 16-inch Nitro 16 is considered a gaming notebook where you get an upgraded WUXGA or WQXGA display, along with a 165 Hz refresh rate and 5% more screen area than its previous model.

The device is of 17.3 display that comes in either an FHD display with 144 Hz or 165 Hz refresh rates or a quad high-definition display (QHD) with a 165 Hz refresh rate, while also having an 81% support screen-to-body ratio for breathtaking visuals.

Both Acer Nitro laptops come with up to 32 GB of DDR5 5600 MHz memory and up to 2 TB of M.2 PCIe Gen 4 storage, which is why gamers and content creators can do a lot more than expected, while the laptops themselves utilize dual fans, four fan outlets that are strategically-placed at their sides and rear, upper air intake, and are further supported by liquid metal thermal grease for cooling improvement.

Then there is the sleek 14.9 mm aluminum chassis, along with a 90% screen-to-body ratio and ultra-slim side bezels that measures 4.15 mm while only weighing less than 1.3 kg.

It combines the latest AMD Ryzen 7000 Series processors and a stunning 16:10 ratio OLED display, along with a 90 Hz frame rate, providing productivity on-the-go.

The laptop has sublime and vibrant displays that are supported with 500-nit peak brightness, 100% DCI-P3 color range and VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500-certification.

It comes with a 14-inch 2.8K OLED display with 2880×1800 resolution, TÜV Rheinland Eyesafe display certification, backlit keyboards, and is finished off with a smooth OceanGlass touchpad, where you get a glass-like tactile feeling.

Users can avail excellent performance and all-day battery power of up to 9.5 hours, making it a great choice for those constantly on the move. To support the powerful hardware, Acer also has a TwinAir dual-fan cooling system, dual D6 copper heat pipes, and an air-inlet keyboard keep temperatures cool to ensure that users stay productive for longer periods.

The Acer Nitro 16 (AN16-41) will be available for purchase in North America in May 2023, at the starting price of $1,149.99; in EMEA in May again, starting at EUR 1,499, and in China in April 2023, starting at RMB 7,099.

The Acer Nitro 17 (AN17-41) will be available for purchase in North America in May 2023 at the starting price of $1,199.99; and in EMEA in May again, while starting at EUR 1,599.

The Acer Swift Go 14 (SFG14-42​) will be available in North America in June 2023 at the starting price at $849.99; in EMEA in April 2023, starting at EUR 999, and in China in April 2023, starting at RMB 4,999.
