OPPO Find X10 Ultra is expected to arrive as the top-end model in the Find X10 series. While the OPPO Find X10 and Find X10 Pro Max are now available across multiple markets, a new leak has revealed the camera specifications and display details being tested for the upcoming smartphone in the series. Here’s everything we know about the phone so far.
OPPO Find X10 Ultra Camera Specs Leaked
According to tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo, OPPO is testing a 200-megapixel primary camera for the OPPO Find X10 Ultra. The main camera could use a Samsung HPA or HPU sensor measuring around 1/1.12 inches with LOFIC technology.
The smartphone could also feature a 200-megapixel ultra-wide camera with a sensor measuring around 1/1.56 inches. However, the tipster’s post notes that this camera was present in an engineering prototype, so its inclusion in the final device remains uncertain.
For telephoto photography, OPPO is reportedly testing a 200-megapixel periscope camera with approximately 3x optical zoom. The phone could also feature a separate 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera offering 10x optical zoom.
The sensor for the 10x zoom camera has reportedly not been finalised. An earlier report suggested that OPPO was evaluating the Samsung ISOCELL GNB and OmniVision OV51A sensors both measuring around 1/1.95 inches. However, the company could opt for a smaller sensor measuring around 1/2.75 inches if production timelines become a concern.
The camera system may also support telephoto macro photography. On the front, OPPO is reportedly considering a 100-megapixel square camera, which could be another highlight of the flagship’s camera setup.

OPPO Find X10 Ultra Display Specs
The OPPO Find X10 Ultra is tipped to feature a 6.89-inch BOE X4 display with 2K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. According to the latest leak, the smartphone could use a flat LTPO OLED panel.
However, OPPO has not officially confirmed the display specifications, and the final hardware could differ from the configuration currently being tested.

Will OPPO Find X10 Ultra Launch in India?
The OPPO Find X10 Ultra’s India launch remains uncertain. Earlier this year, tipster @Gadgetsdata claimed on X that the smartphone could skip the Indian market. As of now, the predecessor OPPO Find X9 Ultra is available in the Indian market at Rs 169,999 for the sole 12+512GB variant.
Notably, OPPO has not officially confirmed whether the Find X10 Ultra will launch in India or remain exclusive to China and other selected markets.
