Yahoo announces to discontinue its services in Mainland China from February 28

Yahoo has announced to stop its services in Mainland China. It sent a mail to the users asking them to back up all their important messages, photos, and documents before February 28. Yahoo users also confirmed receiving notifications in their PayPal advising them to change their email address as soon as possible.

A similar notification was sent by Yahoo to its users in Mainland back in 2021 when Yahoo restricted some of its services. Users only had small services left like mailboxes etc.
