The upcoming Xiaomi 15T series is inching closer to its global debut. Fresh reports confirm that the Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro global variants have appeared on the TDRA certification database. Alongside this, the Xiaomi 15T global variant has also surfaced on Geekbench, shedding light on some of its key hardware specifications. Here are more details on both.

According to the listing, the Xiaomi 15T and Xiaomi 15T Pro carry the model numbers 25069PTEBG and 2506BPN68G, respectively. The ‘G’ suffix confirms these are global variants. Both smartphones have been certified by the UAE’s TDRA authority with equipment registration numbers ER50085/25 (Xiaomi 15T) and ER50084/25 (Xiaomi 15T Pro).
Their certification remains valid until August 31, 2028. The TDRA database also confirms the official monikers, verifying that both models will launch in the UAE market.

The Xiaomi 15T global variant (model number 25069PTEBG) has been tested on Geekbench, scoring 1336, 1356, and 1974 in the single-precision, half-precision, and quantised tests, respectively.
The listing reveals that the device will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8400 processor (referred to as Dimensity 8400 Ultra in HyperOS code), paired with an ARM Mali-G720 MC7 GPU, 12GB RAM, and Android 15 OS. Its motherboard is codenamed goya, which differs from earlier reports.
The Xiaomi 15T Pro, carrying the model number 2506BPN68G and motherboard codename klimt, also appeared on Geekbench earlier. It recorded higher benchmark scores of 1611, 1572, and 2223 in the same tests. The performance leap is attributed to the more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, supported by an ARM Mali-G925 Immortalis MC12 GPU, 12GB RAM, and Android 15 OS.
Beyond TDRA, the Xiaomi 15T has also cleared certifications from Thailand’s NBTC, Singapore’s IMDA, Indonesia’s SDPPI, and the European EEC. The Xiaomi 15T Pro has similarly secured approvals from IMDA and EEC.
Both smartphones are rumoured to feature a high refresh rate flat OLED display, a triple rear camera setup consisting of a 50MP main sensor, 13MP ultra-wide lens, and 50MP telephoto camera, along with a 32MP front camera. A 5500mAh battery and IP69-rated body are also tipped.
The Xiaomi 15T may include a plastic frame and 67W fast charging, while the Xiaomi 15T Pro is expected to feature a metal frame with support for 90W fast charging.
