Xiaomi has officially launched the Xiaomi 15S Pro in China during its 15th Anniversary Launch event, alongside the Xiaomi Civi 5 Pro. This new device is a special edition in the 15 series and introduces Xiaomi’s first self-developed flagship processor, the Xring O1. It comes with a sleek design, high-end internals and features that celebrate the brand’s major milestone. Here’s all about the new device that you should know.
The phone features a 6.73-inch quad-curved OLED display with a sharp 3200×1440 (2K) resolution. Xiaomi uses TCL Huaxing’s M9 material, and the display supports LTPO dynamic refresh rates from 1Hz to 120Hz.
It can hit a peak brightness of 3200 nits (SDR) and supports HDR10+, Dolby Vision, 300Hz touch sampling and 192-zone local tone mapping.
You also get DC-like dimming, 1920Hz PWM dimming, and 2560Hz instant touch response. The display is protected by Dragon Crystal Glass 2.0 and includes an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner.

At the heart of the 15S Pro is Xiaomi’s in-house Xring O1 chip, built on a 3nm process and packed with 19 billion transistors. It has a ten-core CPU with two X925 high-performance cores clocked at 3.9GHz, and a 16-core Immortalis-G925 GPU. To manage heat, Xiaomi has added a “Wing-shaped Ring Cold Pump Pro” system with vapor-liquid separation and a 4053mm² cooling area.
The phone runs on HyperOS 2.0, which is optimised for Xiaomi’s ecosystem and offers improved task management, system control and personalisation features.
The Xiaomi 15S Pro packs a triple 50MP rear camera setup. The main sensor is a 1/1.31-inch Light Fusion 900 with f/1.44 aperture and Hyper OIS. There’s also a 115° ultra-wide camera and a 5x periscope telephoto lens with 10x lossless zoom.
All lenses are Leica Summilux-branded. The rear camera supports 8K video across all focal lengths, 4K night video and advanced AI processing. The built-in Xiaomi ISP v4 can process up to 8.7 billion pixels per second.
On the front, there’s a 32MP selfie camera that supports 4K video recording at 60fps.
The device is powered by a 6100mAh high-density battery with an 850Wh/L energy rating. Charging options include 90W wired, 50W wireless, and magnetic wireless charging. Despite the large battery, the phone is relatively slim at 8.33mm and weighs 216g.
