Xiaomi is having an exciting month preparing to launch its 2025 flagship smartphone the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, alongside its high-performance electric sedan the SU7 Ultra. The company has been teasing both products and in its latest reveal, Xiaomi Mobile shared a video of the SU7 Ultra setting a lap record at the Shanghai International Circuit.
The video has been shot entirely on the Xiaomi 15 Ultra, showcasing the camera performance of the phone.
The SU7 Ultra is making headlines again while setting the record as the fastest four-door car at the Nürburgring Nordschleife in October. It has now conquered the Shanghai International Circuit with a lap time of 2:09.994.
Pre-orders for the SU7 Ultra began in October starting at CNY 814,900 (around $111,000). Deliveries will begin after the official debut later this month alongside the Xiaomi 15 Ultra.
Xiaomi has ambitious plans for its car division aiming to sell 300,000 vehicles this year including 10,000 SU7 Ultra units. If successful, this would double the company’s car sales from 2024, marking a major step forward in its automotive journey.
