Vivo has officially launched its latest 5G smartphone the Vivo Y300i in China. It succeeds last year’s Y200i and brings notable upgrades, including a 6.68-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 6500mAh battery with 44W fast charging.

Vivo Y300i is a mid-ranger with 6.68-inch HD+ LCD display featuring 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset, paired with 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR4x RAM and 256GB or 512GB of UFS 2.2 storage. It runs Android 15 with Origin OS 15 on top.
For photography, the phone features a 50MP rear camera with an f/1.8 aperture and LED flash, while the front houses a 5MP selfie camera inside a notch. Security is handled by a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and the device also includes an IR sensor and stereo speakers.
Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, NFC, and a USB Type-C port.
The phone is available in three colour variants with slight differences in thickness and weight. The Jade Black and Titanium colour variants measure 8.09mm in size and 205g in weight. On the other hand, the Rime Blue colour variant is 8.19mm thick and weighs 206g. As for the Black variant, it weighs 206 g and measures 7.99mm in thickness.
