Vivo X300 Ultra and X300 FE India Launch Confirmed; Specs, Pricing and Europe Availability Details Revealed

Vivo has officially confirmed that the Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE will soon launch in India. The company has already gone live with teaser pages for both smartphones on its official India website. The company has also started posting about the India launch on official Vivo India social media pages. Here’s what we know about the phones and their arrival in the country so far.

Vivo X300 Ultra Expected Specifications

The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.82-inch LTPO display with a 144Hz refresh rate delivering a smooth and premium viewing experience. It is likely to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor and run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

The smartphone is tipped to pack a 6,600mAh battery with support for 100W wired charging and 40W wireless charging.

On the camera front, the Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to include a 200MP primary camera with a 1/1.12-inch sensor, f/1.9 aperture, 35mm focal length and gimbal OIS. It may also feature a 200MP periscope telephoto camera with an 85mm focal length, f/2.7 aperture, 1/1.4-inch sensor and 3.7x zoom. The setup is further complemented by a 50MP ultra-wide camera with an f/2.0 aperture, 14mm focal length, and a 1/1.28-inch sensor. For selfies and video calls, the phone is expected to include a 50MP front camera with an f/2.5 aperture, 24mm focal length and support for 4K video recording.

Additionally, the device is expected to support two external ZEISS teleconverters including a 200mm 2.35x ZEISS G2 teleconverter and a 400mm 4.7x ZEISS G2 Ultra teleconverter enhancing zoom capabilities further.

Vivo X300 FE Expected Specifications

One of the standout details from the teaser is an India-exclusive Green colour variant for the Vivo X300 FE. This new shade was not part of the China or global lineup offering Indian buyers a unique option at launch. The variant will also support the ZEISS G2 teleconverter.

The Vivo X300 FE is expected to feature a 6.31-inch LTPO display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor and run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

In terms of cameras, the Vivo X300 FE is tipped to include a 50MP main camera with a 1/1.56-inch sensor and f/1.6 aperture alongwith a 50MP 3x telephoto camera featuring a 1/1.95-inch sensor, f/2.7 aperture and 73mm focal length. It is also expected to include an 8MP ultra-wide camera. On the front, the smartphone may feature a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus, f/2.0 aperture, 20mm focal length and a 1/2.76-inch sensor.

The device is expected to pack a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired charging and 40W wireless charging support. It may also support the 200mm ZEISS G2 teleconverter.

Launch Timeline and Pricing Expectations

Vivo is expected to announce official pricing and availability for both devices on May 7. Due to rising memory costs, both smartphones could see slightly higher pricing than usual.

While we don’t know much about the India pricing strategy, some of the global availability can give us an idea.

The Vivo X300 Ultra has already appeared on Amazon Germany revealing early pricing for the global market. The device is listed in a single top-end variant with 16GB RAM and 1TB storage available in Green and Black colour options priced at €2,000.

Buyers can also opt for bundled packages where one bundle includes the 400mm telephoto extender, case, and grip priced at €2,667 with a €268 discount via voucher. Another premium bundle including the 400mm tele lens, photography case, grip, and a video cage with handles is listed at €3,166 with a larger €767 discount voucher.

In Spain, Vivo is offering additional pre-order benefits for a limited period. Customers purchasing the device can receive a Photography Kit with a 100W FlashCharger alongwith a leather-style Vivo messenger bag worth €100 and a video cage worth €500 as complimentary items.
