Vivo is all set to launch its latest premium smartphones, the Vivo X300 FE and Vivo X300 Ultra, in India on May 6. The launch event will take place in Delhi and fans can watch the unveiling live via Vivo’s official social media platforms and YouTube channel. Here’s everything we know about the upcoming device so far.

The Vivo X300 FE is expected to see a noticeable price increase over its predecessor the Vivo X200 FE, which launched at ₹54,999. The device has already debuted in Europe at €999 (approximately ₹1.11 lakh) though the India price is expected to be more competitive.
Based on current leaks, the Vivo X300 FE could be priced between ₹60,000 and ₹70,000. However, an Indian tipster claims the starting price may go up to ₹79,999.
The Vivo X300 Ultra, on the other hand, is expected to sit at the top of Vivo’s lineup above the Vivo X300 Pro, which currently retails at ₹1,09,999 in India. Leaks suggest an MRP of ₹1,99,999 for the Ultra variant with an expected selling price of ₹1,59,999 for the base model.
The Vivo X300 Ultra is shaping up to be a flagship powerhouse in the camera department. It is expected to feature a large circular camera module with a 200-megapixel primary sensor along with a 200-megapixel telephoto lens. The device is said to offer 3.7x optical zoom and up to 105x digital zoom.
Users will be able to extend zoom capabilities further using an external Zeiss telephoto lens, which will be sold separately. This accessory is expected to come in 200mm and 400mm variants offering up to 17.4x optical zoom.
The rear setup will also include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, while the front will feature a 50-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls. The smartphone is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor making it one of the most powerful devices in the market.
The Vivo X300 Ultra will feature a 6.82-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate. It is also expected to pack a massive 7,000mAh battery with support for 100W wired fast charging and 40W wireless charging. The device will run OriginOS 6 out of the box and is expected to receive up to six years of software support.
The Vivo X300 FE is likely to arrive in India with the same specifications as its European variant. The phone features a redesigned look with a horizontally aligned large camera module replacing the vertical layout seen on its predecessor.
It is expected to sport a 6.31-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. Under the hood, the device will likely be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipset paired with up to 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage.
Despite its relatively compact design, the Vivo X300 FE is expected to include a 6,500mAh battery with 90W FlashCharge and 40W wireless charging support. The smartphone will run Android 16-based OriginOS 6 and is expected to receive at least four major OS updates along with six years of security updates.
For cameras, the X300 FE is likely to feature a Zeiss-backed setup including a 50-megapixel primary sensor, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel 3x periscope telephoto camera. On the front, it is expected to feature a 50-megapixel Zeiss selfie camera. The device will also support a Gen 2 Telephoto Extender lens offering a focal length of up to 200mm for improved zoom photography.
