As the technology world eagerly anticipates the Vivo X100 series, a new listing on the Chinese e-commerce giant JD.com has shone a light on what consumers can expect in terms of pricing.
The listing indicates that the 12GB RAM + 256GB ROM model of the Vivo X100 will be priced at 3999 CNY (approx. Rs. 45,500).
The Vivo X100 series is likely to include not just the baseline X100 model but also a Pro version, with a Pro+ model rumoured for a release in early 2024.
While the baseline X100 model is said to be driven by the advanced Dimensity 9300 chip, early indicators from an AnTuTu benchmark suggest the device will also boast a staggering 16GB of LPDDR5T RAM and a 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
As for software, the device is anticipated to ship with Android 14, skinned with Vivo’s Funtouch OS 14.
Camera-wise, the Vivo X100 is expected to offer a triple-camera setup, incorporating a Vario-APO-Sonnar Zeiss lens dedicated to periscope telephoto photography.
The device will also offer choices in Orange, White, and Blue colour variants.
As for the more advanced Pro models, rumours indicate they will feature camera specifications that could well be game-changers in the industry.
These include a range of 50MP sensors and a massive 200MP telephoto periscope camera with 10x zoom.
Although the official launch date remains under wraps, the company is expected to unveil the series sometime in November, setting the stage for a new era in mobile technology.
