Vivo is set to launch the Vivo V80 5G and Vivo S2 FE in India on October 6, 2026. Both smartphones are expected to be available through Amazon India and Flipkart. Ahead of the launch, the Vivo V80 has now appeared on the UAE’s TDRA certification database, suggesting that the smartphone could also make its way to the UAE market.
Vivo V80 Listed on UAE TDRA
The Vivo V80 has been spotted on the UAE TDRA database with the model number V2648. The listing places the smartphone under the mobile phone category and identifies its marketing name as “Vivo V80”.

It has been assigned the equipment registration number ER65612/26 with September 30, 2026 listed as the issue date.
The certification listing does not provide any details about the smartphone’s specifications. However, its presence on the UAE database indicates that Vivo may be preparing to launch the V80 in the UAE as well.

Vivo has already confirmed some of the key specifications of the V80. The smartphone will feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, a refresh rate of up to 144Hz, and up to 5,000 nits of local peak brightness. It will also pack a 7,200mAh battery with support for 90W FlashCharge.
For the Indian market, the Vivo V80 is expected to be the first smartphone to launch with OriginOS 7. It will be available in Sunrise Anthem, Horizon Blue, and Stellar Black colour options.
The phone features a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup featuring a 50-megapixel primary camera with a 1/1.56-inch Sony LYTIA 700V sensor and OIS, a 50-megapixel Night Telephoto camera with a 1/1.95-inch Sony IMX882 sensor, and a Zeiss wide-angle camera. The telephoto camera supports OIS, 3x optical zoom, and up to 100x zoom. It also has a 50-megapixel Group Selfie camera with a 92-degree field of view and autofocus. It supports 4K Cinematic Video and 4K video recording at 60fps.
Vivo is also highlighting more than 30 AI-based creative tools including Live Sticker Collage and AI Diwali Portrait 2.0, which is designed to improve festive portrait shots.
Vivo has not yet officially revealed the processor powering the V80. However, rumours suggest that the smartphone could use the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.
Vivo V80 India Price Tipped
The expected Indian pricing of the Vivo V80 was recently shared by tipster Abhishek Yadav. According to the tip, the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant could be priced at INR 63,000. The 8GB/256GB version is tipped to cost INR 70,000, while the top-end 8GB/512GB variant could be priced at INR 80,000.
It is currently unclear whether these tipped prices include any offers or discounts.
Vivo has not yet officially announced the Indian pricing of the V80, so the final prices will be revealed at launch.
