Vivo is all set to unveil the Vivo V70 series in India on February 19. The upcoming lineup is expected to include two models, the Vivo V70 and the Vivo V70 Elite. Ahead of the official launch, a fresh leak has revealed the possible pricing, storage variants, colour options, and pre-order timeline for the devices. Here’s more on that.

According to tipster Abhishek Yadav @yabhishekhd on X, the standard Vivo V70 may be offered in two configurations. The 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant is tipped to be priced at Rs 45,999 (around $510), while the 12GB + 256GB model could cost Rs 49,999 (around $555).
The handset is expected to launch in Passion Red and Lemon Yellow colour options.
The Vivo V70 Elite, on the other hand, is likely to start at Rs 51,999 (around $575) for the 8GB + 256GB variant. The 12GB + 256GB model may be priced at Rs 56,999 (around $630), while the top-end 12GB + 512GB version could cost Rs 61,999 (around $685).
The leak further suggests that pre-bookings for the Vivo V70 series may begin on February 12 and continue until February 24. Sales are expected to take place between February 25 and February 28.
Additionally, Vivo is reportedly planning a promotional Superweek period from February 25 to March 3.
The Vivo V70 Elite is said to be powered by a Snapdragon 8-series chipset, most likely the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. It is expected to be paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage for improved performance and faster data access.
The device may feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. It is also tipped to pack a 6,500mAh battery with support for 90W fast charging.
In terms of cameras, the V70 Elite could sport a triple rear camera setup comprising a 50-megapixel primary sensor with OIS, an ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera offering 3x optical zoom and up to 100x digital zoom. For selfies and video calls, it is expected to include a 50-megapixel front-facing camera with autofocus.
The standard Vivo V70 is likely to run on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. It may share several display and camera features with the Elite model.
Both smartphones are expected to come with an aluminium alloy frame and IP68/69 ratings for dust and water resistance. On the software front, the devices are tipped to run OriginOS 6 based on Android and may receive up to six years of software support.
