Vivo is reportedly setting the stage for a launch in India next month with its Vivo V30 series.
As per an exclusive report by MySmartPrice, among the highlights is the collaboration with ZEISS for the camera system, marking a significant milestone by introducing premium lens technology into the mid-range segment for the first time.
Just ahead of this purported launch, the Vivo V30 Pro has been spotted on the Geekbench showing pretty good scores.
Adding to the anticipation, the Vivo V30 Pro has made its appearance on the Geekbench platform, showcasing impressive performance metrics that hint at the device’s capabilities.
Identified by the model number Vivo V2319, the Vivo V30 Pro achieved scores of 1,045 in single-core tests and 3,637 in multi-core tests.
The Geekbench listing has shed light on some of the key specifications of the Vivo V30 Pro.
It is confirmed to run on Android 14 OS right out of the box and is equipped with a generous 12GB of RAM, although it’s likely that additional variants could be available upon launch.
The “K6895v1_64” motherboard cited in the listing points to the inclusion of the MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset, positioning the V30 Pro as a powerful contender in the smartphone arena.
Finally, some more speculations suggest that the Vivo V30 Pro could be a rebranded version of the Vivo S18 Pro, which was launched in China with the MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ processor.
With the global unveiling of the standard Vivo V30, we have a glimpse into what the series has to offer.
The device boasts a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, delivering stunning visuals with its 1260p resolution and peak brightness of 2,800 nits.
Security is enhanced with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
Under the hood, the Vivo V30 is powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC, complemented by up to 12GB of RAM for smooth multitasking.
The software experience is based on Android 14, overlaid with Vivo’s FuntouchOS 14, ensuring a user-friendly interface with the latest features.
The phone features a 50MP main sensor with OIS, a 50MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a dedicated portrait sensor.
Selfie lovers are not left out, thanks to the 50-megapixel front-facing camera with autofocus.
