Tecno has officially teased the launch of its upcoming Tecno Spark 50 5G in India, shortly after introducing the Tecno Spark Go 3. The brand has revealed key details about the device through a dedicated microsite on Amazon India. It has confirmed both its launch date and several specifications. Here’s everything we know about the phone so far.

The Tecno Spark 50 5G is scheduled to launch in India on March 27 at 12 PM. The Amazon microsite highlights the tagline “Power Ka Tashan,” under which the smartphone is confirmed to pack a 6500mAh battery along with 45W Super Charge support.

Under the “Design Ka Tashan” segment, the microsite reveals that the smartphone features a camera module made using aerospace-grade 6-series aluminium. Additionally, the device comes with MIL-STD 810H certification, indicating it can survive drops from up to 1.5 meters.

Tecno is also focusing heavily on connectivity improvements. The device comes equipped with UPS 3.0 signal-boosting technology, which is claimed to enable 2x faster digital payments even in weak network conditions. It also supports 4×4 MIMO connectivity, which Tecno says can deliver up to 82% faster download speeds.

Another notable feature is Tecno’s “No Network Communication” capability, aimed at maintaining communication even in areas with limited or no network coverage.

On the software front, the Tecno Spark 50 5G will include Ella AI as part of the “Intelligence Ka Tashan” experience. This feature allows users to interact, translate, and communicate in multiple local languages.

The smartphone will be available in four colour options, which are Fantasy Purple, Mint Green, Ink Black, and Champagne Gold.

Earlier listings have already revealed additional details about the device. A Google Play Console listing suggests that the smartphone will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor and run on Android 16 with HiOS 16 on top. It is also expected to offer up to 12GB of RAM.

While a TÜV certification previously hinted at two battery capacities (5,990mAh and 6,340mAh), it has now been confirmed that the Indian variant will feature the 6,340mAh battery, which is being marketed as 6500mAh.

Additionally, the Carlcare service website in India has revealed three storage variants for the device including 4GB + 128GB, 6GB + 128GB, and 8GB + 256GB.
