Redmi Note 10T 5G launched in India

Xiaomi has launched its new Redmi Note 10T 5G smartphone in India. This is the 5th model of the Redmi Note 10 series. The new mobile phone has been introduced with a MediaTek Dimensity chipset along with a triple-lens camera setup. It is available in 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variants. The new Redmi Note 10T 5G has been priced at Rs 13,999 for its 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant while 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant has been priced at Rs 15,999. The first sale of this device will be on July 26.

Alexa gets a male voice assistant called Ziggy

Amazon’s Alexa finally gets a masculine sounding voice option for the first time. According to reports, Amazon is introducing a new wake word called Ziggy, which is a male voice and users will still have the choice of Alexa’s voice. Amazon, till now, had wake words like Echo, Alexa, Computer and Amazon, but the voice was the same as Alexa’s. Users can switch between two options, which Amazon refers to as ‘Original’ and ‘New’ by asking Alexa to change their voice.

OnePlus to launch Nord 2 5G in India on July 22

OnePlus is launching its Nord 2 5G in India on July 22. Ahead of its launch, the company has confirmed that the device will be powered by a 4,500mAh battery with 65W Warp Charging technology that claims to offer “full day’s power in just 15 minutes.” For the launch of the OnePlus Nord 2 5G, OnePlus is hosting a virtual event that will be streamed live on the OnePlus Nord YouTube channel or its official page at 7:30PM IST.

Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 edition launched in India as the company’s latest budget handset. The new smartphone comes as a slightly upgraded version of the Galaxy M21 that was launched in 2020. Powered by 6,000mAh battery, the new model carries a waterdrop-style display notch and offers two distinct color options to choose from, that is, Arctic Blue and Charcoal Black. The Samsung Galaxy M21 2021 Edition price in India has been set at Rs 12,499 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant and the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage option is priced at Rs 14,499.

Huawei P50 series will be available globally

Huwaei confirmed that the P50 series will be launched on July 29, and these devices won’t be just for Chine, but will launch globally. An official teaser confirmed that the Huawei P50 smartphones will still use Leica cameras and that at least one model will sport a 125 mm periscope lens. This seems to be the same lens that was on the P40 Pro and Mate 40 Pro, but rumors are promising new sensors for the P50 generation.
