Adidas announces partnership with Coinbase

Adidas is stepping into the world of cryptocurrencies. The German sportswear corp announced its partnership with cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase. Like most companies, the multinational shoe company is entering Metaverse with its virtual land estate in the creative Sandbox game, The Sandbox. The sneaker giant took to Twitter to cite its partnership with the crypto exchange, although it didn’t reveal much about the deal.

Xiaomi 12 series to be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 1

Qualcomm has launched the new flagship chipset Snapdragon 8 Gen 1. The company also launched that Xiaomi will be one of the OEMs to adopt the new chipset early on. Lei Jun, Xiaomi CEO, made the announcement at the Snapdragon Tech Summit. Xiaomi has also taken to Twitter and has confirmed that the brand’s upcoming smartphones under the Xiaomi 12 series will come powered by newly announced the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor.

Samsung 35W Power Adapter Duo launched in India

Samsung has launched 35W Power Adapter Duo in India. The wall charger offers fast charging and can charge two devices at the same time. The South Korean tech giant says that the brick can charge Android and iOS smartphones, apart from laptops, tablets, and smartwatches. Furthermore, the newly launched charger can be used with TWS earbuds and power banks as well. Samsung claims that the charger can juice up Galaxy smartphones in 50 percent less charging time.

Realme 9 Pro+ allegedly gets BIS certification

Realme 9 Pro+ has allegedly got Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification. The device is said to be a part of the Realme 9 series that is tipped to launch in the first quarter of 2022. The series is reported to feature four models in India, namely Realme 9, Realme 9i, Realme 9 Pro, and Realme 9 Pro+/Max. As per the leaks, the smartphones will come equipped with Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC and AMOLED displays with a 120Hz refresh rate.
