Notably, a 16GB RAM option seems to be off the table for the Galaxy S24 series. Also the Galaxy S24 Ultra was spotted on Geekbench, sporting a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC with configurations of 12GB + 256GB and 8GB + 128GB. However, a Korean variant of the Galaxy S24 appeared on Geekbench with an Exynos 2400 SoC paired with 8GB of RAM, further fuelling speculations about the hardware choices for the Galaxy S24 series. A 12MP front-facing camera is expected and the device is likely to be equipped with a 4000mAh battery supporting 25W fast charging. Meanwhile, the larger Galaxy S24+, with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display, is rumoured to share the same chipset and camera specifications as the standard model, but with a beefier 4900mAh battery compatible with 45W fast charging.
