The Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to launch later this month or in early February. The smartphone will be part of the Galaxy S26 lineup, which is also set to include the standard Galaxy S26 and the Galaxy S26+ models. A fresh leak has now surfaced online, revealing the possible colour options for the Galaxy S26 Ultra. Moreover, a well-known tipster has also claimed to have seen the handset’s camera design in person. Here’s more on that.
On X (formerly Twitter), user @jan_agrs shared screenshots of what is believed to be an early promotional teaser for the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra. The teaser was reportedly spotted on Instagram in Indonesia and appears to highlight the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 Elite chipset for the Galaxy S26 Ultra, along with four colour variants.
However, the authenticity of the images remains uncertain, as no other sources have confirmed the leak, raising the possibility that it could be fake or briefly posted by mistake.
According to the leaked screenshots, the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra could be offered in Black Shadow, White Shadow, Galactial Blue, and Ultraviolet colour options. If accurate, this would mean Samsung is introducing Blue and Violet shades alongside the more conventional Black and White finishes this year. Notably, none of the listed colour names include the word Titanium, which has sparked fresh speculation.
Popular tipster Ice Universe also weighed in on the leak in a separate post, stating, “You’ll notice that these names are no longer labelled as ‘Titanium ___.’ So….” This observation has led to speculation that Samsung may be moving away from using titanium in the Galaxy S26 Ultra’s construction.
While there are currently no concrete leaks confirming a material change, it remains possible that Samsung could follow Apple’s approach and switch back to an aluminium frame.
Pictures surfaced online by tipster UniverseIce.
In another post, Ice Universe claimed to have seen the Galaxy S26 Ultra in person and backed earlier reports about the camera design. According to the tipster, the smartphone features metal rings around the rear cameras.
The tipster added that “The new design looks more like the metal rings around the cameras on the iPhone 17 Pro Max,” while noting that Samsung’s implementation uses a slimmer metal ring.
More official details about the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra are likely to surface in the coming days.
