Samsung announces the next Galaxy Unpacked event for 28th April, may launch its ‘most powerful Galaxy’

South Korean tech giant, Samsung, has announced its next Galaxy Unpacked event on April 28th, the company has teased that it will launch its ‘most powerful Galaxy’ device this time. There are no hints about what the device could be but we know that the Galaxy Z Fold 3 is one of Samsung’s upcoming devices. However in the teased video the box unfolds a bit too wide for the phone. So, there is a chance that it could be a next-gen Tab or even a Laptop.

 

India is spending 80% more time on apps in 2021 than two years ago

Amid remote working and learning during the pandemic, consumers are spending 4.2 hours a day on apps globally, 30 per cent more compared to the data two years ago. The biggest surge has been spotted in India, here consumers spent 80 per cent more time in apps in Q1 2021 than they did in Q1 2019 in the country. The top apps by downloads, consumer spend and monthly active users were TikTok, YouTube and Facebook in the January-March quarter.

 

Apple announces the ‘Spring Loaded’ event on April 20, expected to launch new iPad Pro

After months of speculations surrounding the Apple spring event, the company has sent out invites to a press event on April 20 at 10:30 pm IST. As always the invite does not reveal much about the company’s plans but it comes with a caption that says ‘Spring Loaded’. Apple will broadcast the launch event from Apple Park. According to wide-spread rumours the company will introduce a new iPad Pro model with 5G connectivity and a mini-LED display, or it could also be AirPods 3.

 

TCL teases another foldable concept phone called ‘Fold ‘n Roll’

The Chinese multinational company, TCL, has yet again teased a foldable concept phone, and it is called “Fold ‘n Roll.” The company combined its ‘dragonhinge’ technology with an extendable display panel. The result is a 6.87-inch phone that can expand to an 8.85-inch phablet size or fully extend to a 10-inch tablet. Outside of that, the company isn’t offering any other detailed information.
