Redmi has been specifically working to develop and expand its tablet lineup for quite some time now.
Recent media reports suggest the next step towards this is the launch of a new Pad SE 8.7 4G.
The device has been appearing on multiple certification listings in the last few months.
Now this time, we have spotted the tab in another database, reaffirming the rumours.
Recently, the global version of this tablet was spotted on the Geekbench database by certain sections of the tech media.
The listing reveals some key details apart from the model number and score.
The Pad SE carries the model number 24076RP19G and scored 411 in the single-core test and 1401 in the multicore test.
The listing shows the device is powered by a 2.00 GHz CPU and Mali-G52 MC2 GPU, likely indicating the presence of the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC.
It also confirms the tablet will run on Android 14 with 4GB of RAM.
However, we would like to remind our readers that this isn’t the first time the Pad SE has surfaced in the corners of the internet.
The tablet previously appeared on the FCC certification site with the same model number.
This revealed that it will run Xiaomi’s latest HyperOS 1.0 and support 4G connectivity with various FDD LTE bands.
Additionally, it will feature Bluetooth and 5G Wi-Fi capabilities.
The Pad SE has also been spotted on other certification sites, including EEC, Thailand’s NBTC, and Singapore’s IMDA, all under the same model number.
However, these listings didn’t provide further specifications.
While Redmi has yet to officially announce details about the tablet, more information is expected soon.
Stay tuned for updates.
