Xiaomi’s upcoming REDMI K100 series is already making headlines and now fresh leak suggest there could be price rise. However, the hike is likely to remain lower than what competing brands may introduce suggesting Xiaomi will continue to focus on aggressive pricing despite new price strategy.
The anticipated price increase across the REDMI K100 lineup is largely driven by rising component costs mainly of next-generation chipsets. Despite this, Xiaomi is expected to keep pricing competitive by absorbing part of the cost increase to stay ahead of rivals.
