What This Means for Buyers?
Realme has stated that the price hike is due to “unavoidable increase in memory, chipset, and overall smartphone ecosystem costs.” This indicates rising component prices and supply chain pressures as key factors behind the decision.
The new pricing came into effect from May 1, 2026. This means that all revised prices are now applicable across retail and online channels especially for fresh stock.
With a flat ₹1,000 increase across multiple models, Realme’s smartphones have become slightly more expensive across segments from budget to premium. Buyers planning to purchase a Realme device may now need to factor in the revised pricing while making their decision.
Despite the increase, Realme continues to maintain competitive pricing in the market.
