Realme has announced a price increase for one of its budget 5G smartphones, joining the growing list of brands revising prices in recent months. The latest price hike affects the Realme P3 Lite 5G and signals a broader shift in pricing across the budget and mid-range smartphone segments. Here are more details.
The Realme P3 Lite 5G has received a price increase of ₹1,000, effective from March 17, 2026.
The smartphone was originally launched in two variants, a 4GB RAM + 128GB storage at ₹10,499 abd a 6GB RAM + 128GB storage at ₹11,499.
The device had already seen a previous price revision. With the latest hike, the updated prices are –

The phone is available in three colour options, which are Lily White, Purple Blossom, and Midnight Lily.
According to the company, the price hike is due to unavoidable increases in the cost of memory components, chipsets, and the overall smartphone ecosystem. This aligns with a broader industry trend where rising component costs are forcing brands to revise pricing even after launch.
The Realme P3 Lite 5G features a 6.67-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 625 nits peak brightness. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 6nm octa-core processor. It is paired with either 4GB or 6GB of LPDDR4X RAM, along with support for virtual RAM expansion of up to 18GB. The phone offe₹ 128GB of UFS 2.2 storage and supports microSD cards up to 2TB for additional storage.
The smartphone runs on Realme UI 6.0 based on Android 15, offering a modern user experience. It also includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
Realme has equipped the P3 Lite 5G with what it calls an “Armo₹hell Tough Build.” The phone carries IP64 certification and meets Military-Grade Shock Resistance (MIL-STD 810H) standards. It also introduces a “Rainwater Smart Touch” feature, allowing use₹ to operate the screen even with wet hands.
On the camera front, the device features a 32-megapixel rear camera with a GALAXYCORE GC32E2 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, and LED flash. For selfies and video calls, it includes an 8-megapixel front camera with an f/2.0 aperture.
Connectivity options include 5G (SA/NSA), dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi ac, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port, ensuring support for modern networks and accessories.
