Realme has finally confirmed launch date of its upcoming handset Realme Narzo 50A Prime. According to the latest update, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime will be launched in India on April 25.
The launch event of Realme Narzo 50A Prime will be live streamed on official channels at 12.30 pm. Earlier, the phone was expected to be launched on April 30.
The upcoming Realme Narzo 50A will come with a 16.7cm (6.6”) FHD full-screen to offer the best experience to users. This smartphone was first launched in Indonesia last month.
Earlier, the upcoming smartphone was teased on e-commerce platform Amazon. The Realme Narzo 50A Prime teaser page on Amazon sayss, “Massive Power. Mighty Performance”.
The Realme Narzo 50A features touch sampling rate of 180Hz, 600 nits peak brightness and 2408×1080 FHD+ among others. According to the Company, there will be no charging brick in the box of Realme Narzo 50A Prime.
Any report on the price of the upcoming Realme Narzo 50A Prime is yet to be revealed. It is being speculated that the smartphone will carry the almost similar tag of its Indonesian variant.
The 4GB + 64GB storage variant of the Realme Narzo 50A Prime in Indonesia is can be purcahsed at IDR 1,999,000 which is around Rs10,600. While, the 4GB + 128GB storage variant is priced IDR 2,199,000 (around Rs. 11,700).
Not only price, the Realme Narzo 50A Prime is expected to have features similar to its Indonesian variant. Powered by an octa-core Unisoc T612 SoC, paired with 4GB of RAM, the Indonesian variant of the dual-SIM (Nano) Realme Narzo 50A Prime runs Android 11-based Realme UI R Edition.
Coming to the optics, Realme Narzo 50A Prime is equipped with an AI triple rear camera setup with a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture, a monochrome portrait sensor with an f/2.8 aperture, and a macro sensor with an f/2.4 aperture. An 8-megapixel AI sensor front camera is there in the phone for selfies and video calls.
Realme Narzo 50A Prime offers up to 128GB of on-board storage that can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 1TB). The Indonesian model of Realme Narzo 50A Prime is equipped with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It has a 5,000mAh battery which is supported by 18W charging. The handset is 8.1mm thick.
