Realme has silently launched a new budget handset in the market. The smartphone maker has introduced Realme Narzo 50i Prime. A 6.5-inch HD+ display, Unisoc T612 chipset, up to 32GB expandable storage, and an 8MP rear camera are key specifications of the Realme Narzo 50i Prime.

The newly launched smartphone will be sold via AliExpress later this month. There is update about the availability of the smartphone in India.

Featuring a water-drop notch to accommodate the selfie snapper, a single rear camera, and a boxy design, the new budget entrant to the Narzo series appears to be a rebrand of the Realme C30 that debuted in India recently. Realme Narzo 50i Prime shares similar design and hardware specifications.

Key Narzo 50i Prime specifications include a 6.5-inch HD+ display, Unisoc T612 chipset, up to 32GB expandable storage, Android 11-based Realme R edition custom edition, and an 8MP rear camera.

Realme Narzo 50i Prime price and availability and colour

The 3GB RAM + 32GB variant of Realme Narzo 50i Prime will be sold at $99.99 (approx Rs 7,820) and $109.99 for the 4GB + 64GB variant. The device has been launched in Green and Blue colours. The sale of the smartphone will be available for purchase from June 27.

Specifications of Realme Narzo 50i Prime

The newly launched smartphone comes with a 6.5-inch HD+ LCD display with 1600 X 720 pixels resolution, a standard 60Hz refresh rate, and an 88.7% screen-to-body ratio. The phone is powered by the Unisoc T612 chipset coupled with up to 3GB RAM and 32GB storage that is further expandable via a microSD card. The phone comes with Android 11-based Realme-based R edition custom skin out of the box.

There is a 5000mAh battery with standard charging support. Connectivity options on-board include 4G VoLTE, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS/ GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, and USB Type-C. The phone measures 164.1 X 75.6 X 8.5mm and weighs 182 grams.

Coming to the camera, the Realme Narzo 50i Prime features a single 8MP rear camera and a 5MP shooter on the front for selfies and video chats.

Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G, Realme Narzo 50 5G, Realme Narzo 50A Prime, Realme Narzo 50i, RealmeNarzo 5A, Realme Narzo 30 5G and Realme Narzo 30A are Narzo phones available in India. Among all Narzo phones, Realme Narzo 50 Pro 5G and Realme Narzo 30A priced Rs 21,999 and Rs8,999 are respectively the highest and lowest priced smartphones.

In India, Realme offers smartphones under C Series, GT Series, 9 Series, 8 Series, X Series and 5 Series.

Latest launches of Realme in India

As part of its product expansion, Realme launched C30 smartphone under C-series. Known for their budget launches along with offering great design and performance specs, Realme C30 smartphone, will be available for sale exclusively on Flipkart. Realme C 30, launched on June 20, will go on sale from June 27. The smartphone is priced Rs7499.

Among wearables, Realme recently launched TechLife Watch R100. The smartwatch is launched in Black and Grey colour is priced Rs 3999.

Further, the brand is also preparing to launch GT2 Master Explorer Edition. The upcoming smartphone will have a metal frame while power and volume button will be on the right and left side of the device, respectively.

Similar to recently launched OnePlus Ace (OnePlus 10R), the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition will have a triple rear camera setup at the back.

Measuring 161.3×74.3×8.2(mm), the Realme GT 2 Master Explorer Edition will weigh 199 grams. Lastly, the device will have a 2,440mAh dual-cell battery, which is said to have support for a whopping 150W fast charging over a USB Type-C charging port.
