Realme C30 up for sale in India, price starts at Rs 7,499

The newly launched budget smartphone Realme C30 went on first sale today.  C30 is the latest launch by the Company under its popular and budget-friendly C-series smartphone.

Launched on June 20, Realme C30 will be available for sale via Flipkart and the official website of the Realme, realme.com.

Realme C-series are popular for their budget launches along with offering great design and performance specs.

Realme C30 colour and storage variants

Designed to cater to entry-level smartphone users, the Realme C30 has been launched in two colour models and storage variants. Coming to the storage variants, customers have the flexibility to choose between the 2GB RAM and 32GB storage or 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. The Realme C30 will be available in Lake Blue and Bamboo Green colours.

Talking about the battery, the Realme C30 is equipped with a 5000mAh battery and a single 8-megapixel rear camera. The new offering from Realme is expected to intensify competition for Xiaomi and Motorola entry level smartphones.

Realme C30 price in India

The 2GB RAM and 32GB storage or 3GB RAM and 32GB storage variants of the Realme C30 is priced Rs 7,499 and Rs 8,299, respectively.

Customers can avail offers like 5% cashback on Flipkart Axis bank card while purchasing the smartphone on Flipkart. Customers can also get Google Next mini for Rs 1,999, which is priced Rs 3,499.

Realme C30 specifications

Talking about the specifications, the Realme C30 features a 6.5-inch full-screen display with an 88.7% screen-to-body ratio and a 120Hz touch sampling rate.

It gets power from a Unisoc (T612) processor, a common feature among budget smartphones. Realme C 30 has an AnTuTu score of around 176,932.

The chipset is paired with up to 3GB RAM and 32GB of internal storage. There’s also the option to expand the storage support to up to 1TB through a microSD card slot.

Other budget smartphone by Realme

Earlier, Realme silently introduced budget smartphone Narzo 50i Prime with 6.5-inch display, 5000mAh battery in China. Realme Narzo 50i Prime features a 6.5-inch HD+ display, Unisoc T612 chipset, up to 32GB expandable storage, and an 8MP rear camera are key specifications of the Realme Narzo 50i Prime.

The newly launched smartphone will be sold via AliExpress later this month. The smartphone features a water-drop notch to accommodate the selfie snapper, a single rear camera, and a boxy design, the new budget entrant to the Narzo series appears to be a rebrand of the Realme C30 that debuted in India recently. Realme Narzo 50i Prime shares similar design and hardware specifications.

Expected launches

The brand is also preparing to launch the Realme GT Neo 3T In the Indian market very soon. According to the report, the new smartphone under the Neo 3 series will arrive in India by the end of June or early July.

Realme GT Neo 3T is already available in Europe. The smartphone is likely to have features similar to its European variant. However, the smartphone maker is yet to reveal launch timeline and specifications of GT Neo 3T, the second smartphone under Neo series after Neo 3 that was launched in India with 150W fast charging support.

According to the report, Realme GT Neo 3T will be available in three colour options including Dash Yellow, Drifting White and Shade Black.
